Drumheller, Alberta – In early August 2021, Drumheller RCMP received reports of a male videotaping and photographing employees and patrons of a local business.
It is alleged that the male was protesting the approval of a permit issued by the town that impacts a local park.
As a result of the investigation, Edmund Almond (64) from Drumheller has been charged with criminal harassment and mischief under $5000.

Almond has been released on an undertaking and will next be appearing in Drumheller Provincial Court on Oct. 15, 2021.
As this matter is now before the courts, no further details will be provided.
