Marquis (Marc) Lachance, 87, Reported Missing in Edmonton, Alberta – LOCATED

Edmonton, Alberta – The 87-year-old man who was reported missing yesterday evening, Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, has been located safe and unharmed.

The EPS would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.

BACKGROUND

Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 87-year-old man.

Marquis (Marc) Lachance, 87, was reportedly last seen at his residence in the area of 100 Street and 103 Avenue at 12 p.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021.

Lachance is described as a white male who is 5’7” tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He has grey/white hair and may be wearing glasses.

Lachance may have a medical condition that impairs decision making. As such, there are concerns for his well-being. Lachance enjoys walking and may be doing so in the downtown area. There are no indications to suggest foul play at this time.
