London, Ontario – On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, members of the LPS Guns and Drugs Section, with the assistance of members of the K9 and Emergency Response Units, executed search warrants at three London addresses on Cherryhill Place, Windsor Crescent, and Dundas Street.
The following items were seized:
708 grams of cocaine, value $63,720;
754 grams of fentanyl, value: $188,500;
131 grams of crystal methamphetamine, value $13,100;
3000 grams of phenacetin (cutting agent);
Loaded semi-automatic hand gun with three rounds of ammunition;
8 cellular telephones;
Large digital scale;
Money counter; and
Approximately $20,000 in Canadian currency.
As a result of this investigation, Mohamed Sail, 31, Ajmain Rahman, 23, Shawn Phan, 24, and Sammy Siddig, 24, are jointly charged with the following offences:
Three (3) counts of possession of a Schedule I substance (methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl) for the purpose of trafficking;
Possession of a prohibited firearm;
Possession of a loaded prohibited firearm;
Unsafe storage of a firearm;
Unsafe storage of ammunition; and
Possession of a firearm with an altered serial number.
Mohamed Sail and Ajmain Rahman are each additionally charged with two counts of breach of weapons prohibition. Sammy Siddig is additionally charged with three counts of breach of a weapons prohibition. Shawn Phan is additionally charged with breach of a weapons prohibition and fail to comply with a release order.
All of the accused parties are expected to appear in London court today in relation to the charges.
