UPDATE: Death on 1000 Block Angus St. in Regina Deemed Homicide

Regina, Saskatchewan – The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, is now treating a death in the 1000 block of Angus Street as a homicide investigation. The death of a 29 year-old Regina male brings the total number of homicides in Regina, at this point in 2021, to ten.

The deceased male has been identified as 29 year-old Kade Luke NEAPETUNG, of Regina. His next-of-kin have been notified of his death.

Police were dispatched on Monday, October 18, 2021, just before 2:00 p.m., to a residence in the 1000 block of Angus Street for a report of a male, believed to be deceased at that location. Officers arrived and found the body of an adult male, who was confirmed deceased. The officers secured the scene and requested a Coroner as well as additional police resources.
