Olds RCMP Looking For Public Assistance Regarding a Theft of Historic Plaques

Olds, Alberta – Olds RCMP are seeking anyone who may have information regarding the theft of 8 Historic plaques from Centennial Park and buildings located in the downtown area of Olds, Alta.

The theft is believed to have occurred between the overnight hours of Tuesday, October 19, 2021 and morning Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Each of these plaques have significant value in describing the history of the building they were attached to and are part of the town of Olds historic downtown.

The RCMP are continuing their investigation into this incident and are asking the public to come forward with any information related to these incidents.
