Police investigating suspicious death in Central Edmonton

Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service is investigating a suspicious death in central Edmonton.

At approximately 7:10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, Northwest Division officers were contacted about a missing person. As part of their investigation, officers attended a residence in the area of 113 Avenue and 91 Street, where they subsequently located a deceased person.

Homicide detectives have since taken over the investigation. An autopsy has been scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021.
