Missing since 2020, Mackenzie Lee TROTTIER, may have been in Calgary; Man believed to have information regarding disappearance

Calgary, Alberta – In conjunction with the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS), we are asking for the public’s help to locate a Saskatoon woman who went missing in 2020.

Mackenzie Lee TROTTIER was last seen in the 300 block of Trent Crescent in Saskatoon, on Monday, Dec. 21, 2020. She was subsequently reported missing to police by her family on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020.

TROTTIER was 22-years-old when she went missing and is described as 5’ tall, 145lbs, with green eyes and a tattoo on her right ankle. At the time of her disappearance she had medium-length blonde hair that was shaved on the right side, and was known to wear distinct makeup, black yoga pants, and a green jacket.

“We recently received information that a person matching Mackenzie’s description was spotted multiple times in downtown Calgary and are asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact police”, said Constable Gord Fraser of the Calgary Police Service Missing Persons Team. “It has been almost a year since Mackenzie was last seen and her family is deeply concerned for her wellbeing.”

Investigators with the SPS Major Crime Section are looking to identify a man believed to have information regarding TROTTIER’s disappearance. The man is described as approximately 5’3” tall and a composite sketch is available. In addition, CCTV footage of the man was collected from a Saskatoon location and is available for viewing on the SPS’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
