Airdrie RCMP execute search warrant and charge 2 males

Airdrie, Alberta – On Jan. 16, 2022, Airdrie RCMP responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the Luxstone neighborhood of Airdrie, Alta. Upon arrival, the investigating officer located a male sitting in a vehicle and determined that he had outstanding warrants. The male was arrested for his warrants. It was also determined that the vehicle he was in was stolen, as well as a second vehicle parked beside it. Two more males were arrested at the residence.

The Airdrie Crime Reduction Unit assisted with the investigation and a search warrant for the residence was obtained. As a result of the search warrant, the following items were seized:

· The shells of 10-12 catalytic converters

· 2 intact catalytic converters

· 5 loaded firearms, one of which was sawed off

· Illegal body armour and multiple offense related tools and weapons

· Thousands of rounds of various caliber ammunition.

Jordon Travis Kerrivan (33 yrs old) of Airdrie, Alta is charged with the following offences:

· Possession of stolen property x 3

· Unauthorized possession of firearm x 5

· Failing to comply with conditions x 5

Luke Neville Baker (36 yrs old) of Airdrie, Alta is charged with the following offences:

· Possession of stolen property x 3

· Obstruction of a police office

· Identity fraud

· Fail to comply with release conditions

Both males were also arrested on outstanding warrants.

Kerrivan and Baker were held for Judicial Interim Release Hearings. Jordon Kerrivan will have his hearing on Jan. 18, 2022. Luke Baker was released on $50 cash bail and will be appearing in Airdrie Provincial Court on Jan. 20, 2022.
