Gods Lake Narrows, Manitoba – On May 23, 2022, at approximately 5:25 pm, RCMP responded to an assault with a weapon and uttering threats, at a residence in Gods Lake Narrows.
The victim, an adult female sustained minor injuries.
An adult female was arrested and a subsequent search of her residence was conducted. Officers seized eleven firearms and ammunition. A male residing at the home was also arrested.
A 28-year-old female is facing charges of Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats, Unsafe Storage x2 and Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.
A 38-year-old male is facing charges of Unsafe Storage x2 and Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.
