Cold Lake RCMP seek the arrest of Chad William Pashko in relation to a shooting; “in possession of a firearm and is considered dangerous” – ARRESTED

Lac Ste. Anne County, Alta. – On June 15, 2022,  Parkland RCMP with assistance of the Alberta RCMP Emergency Response Team arrested Chad William Pashko without incident at a residence in Lac Ste. Anne County. Additional charges are pending.

BACKGROUND

Cold Lake First Nations, Alberta – On April 15, 2022, Cold Lake RCMP received a complaint of a shooting that injured one individual in the area of the Cold Lake First Nations. The victim, a 43-year-old Kehewin Cree Nation man suffered a gun shot related injury.

As a result of the investigation RCMP have sought an arrest warrant for Chad William Pashko (41), of Parkland County for charges including:

· Aggravated assault

· Discharge firearm with intent.

· Using firearm in the commission of an offence

· Weapons possession contrary to order (x2)

· Possession of a firearm when knowing it is unauthorized

· Fail to comply with release order

Pashko is described as:

· Fair complexion

· Brown hair

· Blue eyes

· 5’9” tall

· 200 pounds

Pashko is believed to still be in possession of a firearm and is considered dangerous. If located do not approach and immediately report his location to police.
