LOCATED- Police seek to locate missing children- LITKE-BRUNELLE and COTE

Kennedy LITKE-BRUNELLE and Chloe COTE have been located safe. Thank you to the public and media for your assistance.

BACKGROUND

Calgary, Alberta – We are releasing additional photos obtained through CCTV in hopes of locating two missing girls.

Investigators have obtained CCTV from members of the public of what is believed to be missing person Chole COTE ringing a doorbell in the 300 block of Abergale Drive N.E., at approximately 8:15 p.m., yesterday, Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022. COTE was observed ringing the doorbell while wearing a blue flowered romper and distinctively striped sandals.

Kennedy LITKE-BRUNELLE, 11, and Chloe COTE, 10, went missing from a home in the northeast community of Abbeydale on Aug. 3 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Their families reported them missing to police and are concerned for their welfare.

Anyone who knows of their whereabouts is asked to call the Calgary Police Service at 403-266-1234.

Kennedy LITKE-BRUNELLE, 11, and Chloe COTE, 10, were last seen in the northeast community of Abbeydale yesterday, Wednesday, August 3, 2022, around 6:30 p.m. Their families and police are concerned for their welfare.

Kennedy is described as 4’5” tall, approximately 50 lbs, with a slim build, blue eyes, and blonde shoulder-length hair. She was last seen riding a red scooter with black handles, wearing a black & yellow baseball hat with Pikachu on it, a black shirt with silver writing, pink pants and pink flip flops.

Chloe is described as 5’ tall, with long brown hair, a scar on her upper nose beside her left eye, wearing a blue romper with flowers on it, and pink sandals.

At this time, there is nothing to indicate foul play is involved. Although this case does not meet the threshold for an AMBER Alert, we are working with our partners at the Missing Children Society of Canada to issue an alert in hopes of locating the children.
