Prince Albert Police locate sawed-off rifle, ammunition, stolen cheques and ID during search warrant

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – Members of the Crime Reduction Team (CRT) acting on a search warrant located a sawed-off rifle, ammunition, stolen cheques, ID and various other documents during an investigation Wednesday.

CRT members executed a search warrant at a residence on Kemp Crescent shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday. A 28-year-old man was arrested and is facing a number of charges, including possession of a dangerous weapon, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a restricted firearm and ammunition, possession of a firearm obtained by crime, possession of stolen property, and breach of court-ordered conditions.
