Calgary Police seek public assistance in locating vehicle connected to possible shooting

Calgary, Alberta – We are asking for the public’s help to identify the owner of a truck believed to be involved in a shooting that occurred yesterday in the southeast community of Raddison Heights.

At approximately 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, police were called to a residence located in the 2800 block of 15 Avenue S.E., for reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, police circulated the area for evidence of a shooting.

After speaking with the complainant and witnesses, it is believed that an argument between two men occurred at the residence which resulted in one man leaving and then later returning to the area in his vehicle. It is alleged the man then drove by, shot at the residence and then fled the scene prior to police arrival. No injuries were reported.

As a result, we are releasing an image captured by CCTV in hopes of identifying the suspect and vehicle. The vehicle is described as a white 2006 Dodge Ram truck. There is no suspect description available at this time.
