Leduc, Alberta – On Sept. 10, 2022 at approximately 2:25 a.m., Leduc RCMP received a report of a break and enter in progress at a business in Nisku, Alta.
Officers received information from a witness who observed two suspects on the property and immediately attended the area.
Leduc RCMP with the assistance of Edmonton Police Service Air 1 arrested one male.

Christopher Cory Zuberbier (43) a resident of Red Deer, Alta. was charged with the following:
· Break and enter with intent
· Mischief over $5,000.
· Possession of break-in instruments
Following a judicial hearing, Zuberbier was released from custody. He is scheduled to appear in Leduc Provincial Court on Oct. 13, 2022.
Leduc RCMP would like to thank the member of the public who observed a crime in progress and reported it to police immediately. This person was instrumental in this suspect being caught by police.
