Edson RCMP on scene of a semi roll over on Alberta Highway 47, 10 kilometers South of Highway 16

Edson, Alberta – (11:30 a.m.) Edson RCMP are currently on scene of a single vehicle rollover involving a semi tractor trailer unit that lost its load on Highway 47 10 kilometers South of Highway 16. A

s a result of the collision, the road is blocked in both directions. Officers believe that it will take several hours for emergency crews to remove the debris. Due to the location, there is no ability to detour and RCMP are recommending that motorist to avoid the area.
