Fort Macleod RCMP arrest and charge female with property offence; “stolen from a local business over night”

Fort Macleod, Alberta – On Sept. 11, 2022, Fort Macleod RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on 19th Street in the Town of Fort Macleod. Police located and seized property that had been stolen from a local business over night.

Maria Leeza Bishop (27), a resident of Fort Macleod, Alta., has been charged with:

· Possession of property obtained by crime

Bishop has been released with an Appearance Notice and a court date of Oct. 5, 2022, in Fort Macleod Provincial Court.
