Two from Edmonton deceased following collision on Alberta Highway 63

Boyle, Alberta – On Sept. 25, 2022, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Boyle RCMP received reports of a 2 vehicle collision on Highway 63, just north of Township Road 642. Investigation revealed that the collision was head on, which resulted in both vehicles catching on fire. Highway 63 was closed for a period of time.

The drivers of both vehicles, a 47-year-old male and a 57-year-old male, both residents of Edmonton, were declared deceased at the scene. There were no passengers.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of both deceased.

No further information will be released.
