The Pas, Manitoba – On October 27, 2022, at approximately 2:30 pm, The Pas RCMP responded to a report of a body found floating in the Saskatchewan River, in The Pas.
The deceased has been identified as Doreen Head, who was reported missing to the RCMP on October 19, 2022.
The death does not appear to be as a result of criminality.
The Pas RCMP, along with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, continue to investigate.
BACKGROUND
On October 19, 2022, at approximately 2:45 pm, The Pas RCMP received a report of a missing female from the community. Doreen Head, 36, was last seen in The Pas on October 17, 2022.
All attempts to locate Head have turned up negative and police are concerned for her well-being.
Head is described as 5’2″ tall, 119 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
