Penhold, Alberta – On Nov. 28, 2022, at approximately 02:30 a.m. Innisfail RCMP were advised of a recent break and enter to Subs Station Carwash in Penhold. Upon arrival, it was discovered that suspects broke into the car wash stealing the debit terminal. Surveillance obtained depicts a blue quad cab truck pull up to the business and two suspects break in.
This is the second recent break and enter in the Penhold and Innisfail area where the primary goal of the suspects was to steal the debit terminal. While RCMP continue to investigate, business owners are being asked to consider securing or removing debit terminals when leaving their stores for the night.
