Toronto, Ontario – The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault.
It is alleged that:
on Sunday, November 13, 2022, a woman was at a nightclub in the King Street West and Bathurst Street area
she met a man who brought her alcoholic beverages
he sexually assaulted her
On Thursday, December 1, 2022, Fiyin Victor Akinsiku, 31, of Toronto, surrendered to investigators at 14 Division. He was arrested and charged with:
Sexual Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, February 10, 2023, 11 a.m., room 101.
Investigators believe there may be more victims. His image has been released.
