London, Ontario – In the interest of public safety, the London Police Service is issuing the following information and warning in relation to a London man who has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and criminal harassment-related charges within the past month. The investigations are in relation to multiple female victims.
Between November 19 – December 8, 2022, Stephen David Williams, 46, of London, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences, dating back to May of 2021:
Four (4) counts of sexual assault;
Two (2) counts of sexual assault with choking;
Sexual assault causing bodily harm;
Uttering threats of death or bodily harm;
Criminal harassment by watching and besetting;
Criminal harassment by combination of prohibited conducts;
Unlawfully in a dwelling house; and
Theft under $5000.

The accused is known to meet women through online dating platforms and other social media applications, using some of the following aliases:

Investigators believe that there may be additional victims, and request that anyone who has any additional information contact the London Police Service.
If seen, the public is advised not to approach or engage with the accused. If there are any concerns for public safety, call 9-1-1 immediately.
The accused attended court yesterday and was released from custody. He is scheduled to appear in London court on December 22, 2022 in relation to the charges.
