Traverse Bay, Manitoba – On December 18, 2022, at 3:20 am, Powerview RCMP received a report of a structure fire at a residence located on Leon Drive, in the community of Traverse Bay.
RCMP, along with the local fire department and EMS, attended the scene.
Once the fire was brought under control and extinguished, firefighters entered the home and located a deceased male within the residence.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Powerview RCMP along with the Office of the Fire Commissioner continue to investigate.
