Airdrie RCMP investigating gas station robbery

Airdrie, Alberta – On Jan. 12, 2023, Airdrie RCMP responded to the gas station in the Coopers Town Promenade for a report of a robbery. At 8:28 p.m., a male arrived on foot to the gas station. The suspect entered the store, produced a weapon and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect left westbound with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspects whereabouts is not known to police. The suspect is described as:

Light complexion

40-45 year’s old

Clean shaven

Grey eyes

Wearing blue jeans, rubber boots, a grey plaid work jacket with a black hood, and a black hat with a sticker on the brim
