Lethbridge Police seek public assistance to identify robbery suspects

Lethbridge, Alberta – Lethbridge Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify two subjects in connection with a street robbery where a male was threatened with weapons.

On January 7, 2023 between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. a group of people were walking in the area of 8 Street and 6 Avenue South when two unknown Indigenous males exited a dark coloured SUV and threatened a 30-year-old male with an edged weapon and handgun before stealing his backpacks and fleeing the area.

Surveillance images of the subjects and SUV are included for release.
