Leduc County, Alta. – RCMP advise that the police incident on Range Road 262 is now over. One male has been transported to hospital with injuries not related to police intervention. Officers remain on scene while they continue a firearms related investigation.
An additional release may be issued pending continued investigation.
BACKGROUND
Leduc County, Alberta – (9:03 AM) Leduc RCMP wish to advise that there is currently a heavy police presence in the area of Range Road 262 and Township 503 in Leduc County. There is no immediate threat to the public, however, there will be a heavy police presence while officers respond.
Police ask that residents refrain from posting photos of officers on social media.
