More than $240,000 worth of drugs seized in London, Ontario

London, Ontario – On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, members of the LPS Guns and Gangs Section, with the assistance of members of the LPS Uniformed Division, Emergency Response and Canine Units, as well as members of the Ontario Provincial Police Tactics and Rescue Unit, executed search warrants at five residences and three motor vehicles.

The residences were on Meadowgate Boulevard, Lysanda Court, Elliott Street, Glenroy Road, and Kent Street.

The following items were seized:

2,421 grams of suspected cocaine, value: $242,000

28 grams of suspected MDMA, value: $400

314 TEC pills, value: $1,570

Approximately $60,000 in cash

6 digital scales

Total street value of drugs seized: $244,370

As a result of the investigation, Nestor Manuel Moran, 30, Sophia Ann Cooper, 27, Jaime Alexander Garay-Quintanilla, 31, and Kenzie Neal Sabourin, 30, all of London, have been jointly charged with:

Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Jamie Garay-Quintanilla and Kenzie Sabourin have each also been charged individually with one additional count of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.

All four of the accused are expected to appear in London court via video today in relation to the charges.
