Red Deer, Alberta – On Jan 22, 2023, at 3:44 p.m., the Red Deer RCMP responded to a report of a male with a handgun, at the intersection of 40 Avenue and Ironside Street.
Police located a 38-year-old male, who was taken into custody. This matter is still under investigation and charges are pending.
The Red Deer RCMP wish to thank the public for reporting this matter and as a result of the prompt police response the public was not at risk.
