Yorkton, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Yorkton RCMP is requesting assistance from the public to report information on the whereabouts of 42-year-old Ryan Mulligan, who is wanted for being unlawfully at large.
Mulligan is described as being 5’4″ and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He has above-the-shoulder length brown hair, green eyes and a goatee. Mulligan was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and a beige “Carhartt” brand toque.
Ryan Mulligan was last seen on Broadway Street West in Yorkton on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m. He is from Saskatoon and is known to frequent areas of the city.
Yorkton RCMP have conducted extensive patrols in the community and are actively working to locate him.
