Leduc, Alberta – On Feb. 6, 2023, at approximately 3:04 a.m., Leduc RCMP received a report of a break and enter in progress at a business in the area of 66 Avenue and 45 Street in Leduc.
Officers received information that there were two suspects on the property and immediately attended the area. As a result, Leduc RCMP arrested two people and seized break-in tools.
Taylor Leigh Robulak (36), a resident of Wetaskiwin, Alta., was charged with the following:
Break and enter
Possession of break-in instruments
Fail to comply with release order (x2)
Following a judicial hearing, Robulak was remanded in custody. She is next scheduled to appear in Leduc provincial court on Feb. 16, 2023.
Morgan Lance Landry (26), a resident of Leduc, was charged with the following:
Break and enter
Possession of break-in instruments
Breach of conditional sentence order
Following a judicial hearing, Landry was remanded in custody. He is next scheduled to appear in Leduc provincial court on Feb. 23, 2023.
