Red Deer, Alberta – On Mar. 12, 2023, at approximately 9:56 p.m., Red Deer RCMP recognized a White Chevrolet Avalanche, which had been previously reported as stolen in the area of 58 Avenue and 60 Street.
Police attempted to stop the vehicle, which sped away at a high rate of speed. The truck then left the road and collided with a power pole.
Police arrested 2 males at the scene; charges are pending. The truck was confirmed to be stolen; no injuries were sustained to the occupants.
