Lethbridge, Alberta – A Lethbridge man is facing multiple charges following the execution of a high-risk search warrant earlier this week at a northside home.
On March 14, 2023 members of the Lethbridge Police Service and RCMP Crime Reduction Unit, executed a high-risk search warrant at a home along the 2100 block of 5 Avenue North. As a result of the search, police located stolen property from multiple break and enters in rural southern Alberta. Police also recovered a pellet gun that was stolen from a residence in Lethbridge. There were no occupants present while the warrant was being executed but a male subject later turned himself in to LPS.

Lethbridge Police have charged David Scott Walker, 50, of Lethbridge, with one count of possession of stolen property under $5,000. He is also facing additional counts of possession of stolen property and other charges stemming from RCMP investigations outside the city. Walker was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court April 25, 2023.
The investigation is ongoing and no further information will be released.
