Peace River, Alberta – On March 16, 2023, at 3:09p.m., Peace Regional RCMP received a report of a home invasion in progress to a residence in the area of 99 Street in Peace River.
Upon being confronted, the suspect left the home. Witnesses were able to maintain a visual of the suspect until he was located by police near the downtown area.
Hector Whitehead (50), a resident of Peace River, was arrested and charged with:
Break and Enter to a Residence
Theft over $5000
Assault
Whitehead taken before a Justice of the Peace and was released with conditions to appearance at Peace River Provincial Court on Apr. 3, 2023.
