Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service is investigating the suspicious death of a male found in an apartment building early this morning.
At approximately 5:30 a.m. today, Saturday, April 8, 2023, Downtown Branch officers responded to the report of a critically injured male in the lobby of an apartment building in the area of 97 Street and 109 Avenue. Upon arrival, police and EMS located the adult male deceased with obvious injuries.
Homicide Section has since taken over the investigation. An autopsy has not yet been scheduled.
