Brooks, Alberta – On April 20, 2023, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Brooks RCMP were dispatched to a hit and run involving a bicycle and a motor vehicle that occurred near 8 Avenue West and 3 Street West. A dark blue or black coloured car was exiting the parking lot of a local business when it struck a cyclist. This vehicle then fled the area. The cyclist was transported to Brooks Health Center with non life threatening injuries.
Brooks RCMP are asking the public’s assistance for any information in relation to this incident.
