Drug Trafficking investigation in Saskatoon results in arrest of suspects from Saskatoon, Edmonton and Peachland

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Members of the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit have concluded a three-month investigation into the drug trafficking activities of a street-level group in Saskatoon.

On May 4, 2023, the SPS Drug and Tactical Support Units, with assistance from the Criminal Investigations Division, conducted enforcement action on a group suspected of trafficking cocaine in a dial-a-dope operation; two men were arrested at a business in the 3100 block of 8th Street East while an additional two men were arrested in the areas of Circle Drive near Idylwyld Drive North and Avenue P North near 23rd Street West.

Following the execution of two search warrants at addresses in the 400 block of Hamm Lane and 900 block of Kristjanson Road, police seized;

$56,070 CAD

26.06 grams of crack cocaine

As a result, 28-year-old Jordan Corazza from Saskatoon, SK, 26-year-old Mohammed Khan from Edmonton, AB, and 21-year-old Jacob Taylor from Peachland, BC, are collectively facing a combination of charges including; trafficking in cocaine, possession for the purposes of trafficking, and possession of the proceeds of crime under/over $5,000. A 31-year-old man was arrested but later released without charges.
