Man almost instantly caught by police stealing $2100 with of toothpaste from Superstore

North Vancouver, BC – Talk about being at the right place at the right time. On Friday, May 26th, North Vancouver RCMP officers were near Superstore for an unrelated matter, when they observed a man running out of the emergency exit followed by staff.

Officers jumped into action, arrested him and returned $2100 worth of toothpaste.
