Lethbridge, Alberta – Lethbridge Police are investigating an overnight assault that resulted in a male sustaining life-threatening injuries.
On June 2, 2023 at approximately 12:22 a.m. police responded to a report of an assault after an injured male attended a business along the 200 block of 13 Street North seeking assistance. Upon arrival it was determined the 21-year-old male had been stabbed. Police immediately initiated life-saving measures and he was subsequently transported by EMS to Chinook Regional Hospital and later airlifted to Calgary. He currently remains in hospital in stable condition.
At this time the investigation is ongoing and there is no further information to release.
