Red Deer, Alberta – At approximately 1:30 A.M. on July 31, 2023, Red Deer RCMP responded to a police incident in the Johnstone area of Red Deer.
RCMP General Investigation Section (GIS) are currently investigating a firearms incident.
There is no immediate threat to the public at this time.
Those involved are known to each other and the incident is believed to be targeted.
No further information will be provided at this time.
