Brooks, Alberta – On July 23, 2023, at 5:20 p.m., Brooks RCMP responded to a report of an assault in an apartment complex located in Brooks. The victim was transported to hospital by EMS. Unfortunately, the 41-year-old male resident of Brooks succumbed to his injuries in hospital 3 days later.
RCMP Major Crime Unit has taken carriage of this investigation, with assistance from Brooks RCMP.
