29-year-old male motorcyclist killed in Leduc traffic collision

Leduc, Alberta – The Alberta RCMP Traffic – Leduc and emergency services have cleared from the motor vehicle collision scene on Sparrow Drive.

Preliminary investigation indicates a motorcycle was travelling north bound on Sparrow Drive when it lost control and struck a south bound vehicle.

The 29-year-old male driver of the involved motorcycle, a resident of Leduc, was transported to a local area hospital, but has since been pronounced decease. The Alberta RCMP Traffic – Leduc send their condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.

The 32-year-old female driver of the other vehicle was not physically injured.

The cause of the investigation is still under investigation by the Alberta RCMP Traffic -Leduc with the assistance of the RCMP collision analyst.
