Grande Prairie, Alberta – On Tuesday, Sept. 12, at approximately 11:16 a.m., Grande Prairie RCMP received a report of a hit and run that had occurred on Aug. 29 in the area of 100 Avenue and 112 Street between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the pedestrian had been struck by an unknown vehicle between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. near Paradise Inn. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with multiple broken bones, but in stable condition.
Grande Prairie RCMP continue to investigate and are looking for any witnesses that may have dash camera footage that were in the area of 100 Avenue and 112 Street between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2023.
