Regina, Saskatchewan – Ten people were arrested following a recent police operation led by the Regina Police Service Street Gang Unit (SGU).
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on September 9, 2023, members of the SGU and the SWAT team entered a residence in the 1200 block of Angus Street. Thirteen people were inside the home and exited without incident. Ten of those people were arrested on various charges and outstanding warrants.

Firearms, ammunition, body armor and quantities of Fentanyl were located in the course of the investigation. An adult male, adult female and a youth were all charged in relation to this investigation.
35 year-old Kyle Paul LOUBIER is charged with:
Possession of a Prohibited Firearm [cc 95(1)(A)];
Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Firearm [CC 92(2)];
Careless Storage of a Firearm [CC 86(2)]; and
4 x Possession of Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order [CC 117.01(1)].
34 year-old Jessica PARISIAN is charged with:
Possession of a Prohibited Firearm [CC 95(1)(A)];
Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Firearm [CC 92(2)];
Careless Storage of a Firearm [CC 86(2)];
4 x Possession of Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order [CC 117.01(1)]; and
Tampering with a Serial Number of a Firearm [CC 108(1)(A)].
A 13 year-old male youth who cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Justice Act is charged with:
Possession of a Weapon [CC 88];
Carrying Concealed Weapon [CC 90];
Failure to Comply with a Release Order [CC 145(5)(A)]; and
4 x Possession of Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order [CC 117.01(1)].
All three made their first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on Monday, September 11, 2023.
Seven others were arrested on warrants related to recent crimes ranging from Aggravated Assault to Kidnapping, Forcible Confinement and Possession of Firearms.
