Taber, Alberta – On September 12, 2023, at approximately 5:45 pm, the Taber Police Service executed a search warrant in the 6000 block of 54 Street in Taber, Alberta. As a result, police seized over 17 grams of cocaine and 26 grams of methamphetamine. Taber Police also seized pepper spray, a butterfly knife, and other multiple weapons. Police recovered stolen Air Pods, tools and a bicycle stolen from the Red Deer area.
Theresa Marie WALLIS 41, of Taber, was arrested and has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (cocaine), Possession of Prohibited Weapons X2, Possession of Stolen Property X4, and Disobey a Court Order.
A Judicial Interim Release Hearing was conducted and WALLIS was released on a Release Order, with conditions, for Taber court on September 19, 2023.
Additional charges are pending for a 36-year-old male from Taber and a 34-year-old male from Taber.
